TERMS & CONDITIONS

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit,
and at quoted tariffs.


On the advice of the fire officer smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.
Any guests smoking in there rooms will incur a two night room charge
to your card, you will be notified. As from 1st July 2007 the law changed
that smoking is not permitted indoors, we have an allocated smoking area outside.


Breakfast is at 9am or by arrangement and no allowances can be made for meals not taken


Room check in will be 2.00pm must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure
unless prior arrangements have been made with Michelle or Hilary.


Evening meal is at 5pm two or three courses.
 

Children on half price deals or under three will be offered cereals, toast, preserves and drinks,
if children want a cooked breakfast there is a small charge for this £2.00.

Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances. 
 

If you cancel a booking or part of a booking you will lose your deposit.
For cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your arrival we reserve the right to claim payment
of the full amount of the original booking if we are unable to re-let the rooms.
Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount of the
original booking unless otherwise agreed, in writing, with us.
 

All accounts must be settled in full upon arrival at the hotel.


The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s property
unless handed in for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.
 

A charge will be made for any loss or damage to hotel property accidental or otherwise and
will be deducted from the guests debit or credit card or a solicitor will be instructed to recover these costs,
from group bookings, the person who’s name is on the booking form is liable for the damage.
 

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person
who is party to the contract cause any detriment to the wellbeing of any other guests.
 

I confirm I have signed and /or paid my deposit as acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein
and agree to abide by these for the duration of my stay at the premises
 

     PLEASE NOTE:
In the unfortunate event that you soil the bed a charge of £50.00 will be automatically debited
    to your credit/debit card to cover the cost of replacement pillows, quilt and the separate washing of the bedding.
    Soiling any other part of your room or the Hotel in general will incur a £50.00 (minimum) charge for cleaning.
    Loss of keys £30.00.
